Too large of a jump on bench probably nuked my strength at the end...possibly.

Decline Dumbbells

Incline Cable Flys

60 X 10
100 X 10
120 X 10

Not a fan of cable anything but variety has its benefits.


Run for 30 mins......


Running sucks.
